SCOPE: Renovate a 1980's boathouse. Floors were replaced and updated for a wood-like look that's easy to maintain. The existing pool table was completely restored. New shiplap was applied over the drywall, a custom kitchenette was added and custom furniture was built all while keeping an elevated nautical tone throughout the structure.
